The IBA Study House maintains and disseminates the experiences and knowledge from the International Building Exhibition (IBA) Fürst-Pückler-Land, which provided significant impulses for dealing with the post-mining landscape in Lusatia from 2000 to 2010. It organizes seminars, workshops, and study stays on this topic. In this context, the internationally oriented training courses on "Post-Mining Development" offered by the IBA Study House in collaboration with BTU are particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, the house continues to accompany the landscape and structural change of the region in projects.
