Lusatia Goes International (LGI): New Market Exploration Scholarship for SMEs

The initiative "Mining and Generation Technology" (MinGenTec) invites small and medium-sized enterprises in the network to participate in a competition for a market exploration scholarship: Three prizes are available, amounting to 15,000 euros for 1st place, 10,000 euros for 2nd place, and 5,000 euros for 3rd place.
 
MinGenTec supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Lusatia in their realignment in light of the lignite phase-out, which often face significant challenges in accessing new markets. To overcome these hurdles and facilitate the step into international markets, MinGenTec is awarding a market exploration scholarship with a total of EUR 30,000: 15,000 euros for 1st place, 10,000 euros for 2nd place, and 5,000 euros for 3rd place. "Lusatia Goes International" specifically targets SMEs that have not yet engaged abroad or wish to expand their existing foreign trade activities.

The AERO Friedrichshafen 2025, from April 9 to 11, attracted over 31,500 visitors from 81 countries.With 700 exhibitors from around the world, it is the largest aviation trade fair in Europe. MinGenTec - Mining & Generation Technology - made its debut with its own booth at the Berlin Brandenburg stand organized by the IHK Cottbus.

Happy winners in the competition "Lausitz Goes International" announced

The three winners of the competition "Lausitz Goes International," which was announced by the MinGenTec network ("Mining and Generation Technology") in the autumn, have been determined: the companies Drohnen Expertise Solutions GmbH from Finsterwalde (1st place), pyropower GmbH from Cottbus (2nd place), and CESS Clean Energy System Solutions GmbH from Berlin (3rd place) impressed the five-member jury with their concepts for tapping into foreign markets and will receive prize money totaling 30,000 euros. The awarded companies focused on markets such as Poland, Great Britain, France, the USA, and the United Arab Emirates.
